Section 01

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and oo777 ("oo777", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the oo777 online gaming platform available at https://oo777.win and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or PAGCOR exclusion list;

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to oo777 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not hold Player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of oo777, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be included on PAGCOR's exclusion list or any other gaming exclusion register applicable to Philippine-licensed operators.
• You must not have a self-exclusion order in force on your oo777 account or previously submitted to oo777.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person.

4. Account Registration & Management

Each eligible person may register one (1) Account on the oo777 Platform. The registration process requires provision of accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines (+63).

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying oo777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Keeping your registered contact details, including mobile number and email address, current and accurate;
• Ensuring that your Account is not shared with, accessed by, or used on behalf of any third party.

oo777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account displaying your registered name and mobile number matching your oo777 account).

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

oo777 accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your verified oo777 account details. oo777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared e-wallets, or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the oo777 Cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and Account verification tier. oo777 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their oo777 Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your oo777 account details;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be satisfied prior to withdrawal;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction as stated in the Cashier section;
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to security review, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have recently changed contact details.

oo777 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within approximately five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals targeting BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically ranging from ten (10) to sixty (60) minutes. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — oo777 is not liable for delays caused by payment network outages or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

oo777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Each offer is subject to specific Terms that accompany that promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active. The following general conditions apply to all oo777 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not part of your withdrawable real-money balance until wagering requirements are met;
• Only one (1) welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, and per shared device;
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated time limit;
• oo777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and related winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, arbitrage betting, or abuse of the promotional system;
• Certain games may contribute less than 100% (or 0%) toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms;
• Maximum bet restrictions apply while bonus funds are active; bets exceeding the stated maximum may result in bonus cancellation.

oo777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect wagering requirements already in progress for active bonus holders.

8. Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the oo777 Platform — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets, online sabong, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the specific rules of each game before wagering real money.

oo777 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for applicable game types, independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing agencies. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers under real-time studio conditions. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games are available within the game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or disconnection during gameplay, the following applies:

• Winnings generated by demonstrable software errors or exploits are void and will not be paid out.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oo777 Platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a proxy;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using oo777 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through software exploits, bots, automated play scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools;
• Colluding with other Players, oo777 staff, or game providers to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any strategy designed solely to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oo777 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

Section 10

10. Responsible Gaming

oo777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory player protection requirements. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders — Configure on-screen notifications at set intervals (30, 60, or 120 minutes) to track the duration of your gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which login and wagering are disabled;
• Self-Exclusion — Request permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the oo777 Platform — including but not limited to the oo777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of oo777 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership interest or license in oo777's intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without oo777's prior written consent.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

oo777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of oo777's data collection practices, data retention policies, your rights as a data subject, and oo777's obligations as a personal information controller are set out in the oo777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have provided separate consent for marketing).

Section 13

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, oo777's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oo777 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Gaming losses resulting from a Player's personal decision to wager;
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or banking networks;
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Section 14

14. Suspension & Termination

oo777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identification or account information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a PAGCOR exclusion directive or court order affecting the Player;
• Extended account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• At oo777's discretion where continued account operation poses regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Platform.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after satisfactory verification. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violation are subject to forfeiture of balance without recourse.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting oo777 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days, during which outstanding wagering on live bets is settled before the Account is formally closed.

15. Amendments to These Terms

oo777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory directive, or urgent security necessity.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, dated with the effective date and version number shown at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

Section 16

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the oo777 Platform shall be subject to the following resolution process:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact oo777 customer support to raise a formal complaint. oo777 will investigate and respond within five (5) business days;
• Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation: If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR under its applicable player dispute resolution procedures;
• Step 3 — Judicial Proceedings: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this section limits a Player's statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law or PAGCOR's regulatory oversight authority.
